yes second question is not correct here is you have to write is percentage error

...mean absolute error =

| a | = a + b + c + d   \div 4

a=1.67+1.65+1.64+1.63/4

a=1.6475

a=1.65

precentage error=a/a ?

(1.67-1.65=0.02)

percentage error =0.02/1.65.100%

percentage error =-1.63
