5 men do the work in 13 days

So, 1 man will do the work in =  5 x 13 days = 65 days

So, work done by 1 man in 1 day = 1/65

Now,

After 4 days 2 men are suspended, so work done in 4 days will be = 4/13

Remaining work = 1 - 4/13 = 9/13

9/13 work has to be done by 3 men

3 men do 1 work in 65/3 days

So, 3 men will do 9/13 work in

9/13 x 65/3 = 15 days

Therefore total no. of days in which the work will get complete=

= 4 + 15

=21 days
