Thank you so much for asking this question.

The options for this question are missing. Here are the missing options:

a) 12

b) 14

c) 20

d) 13

e) None of these

The correct answer is option D: 13

Total no of boys = l+r-1 = 12+4-1 = 15

We required 28 boys so we have to add 13 to make it 28.

So 13 is the answer.

Rahul is 12th from right:

⇒ There is 11 people on the right of Rahul

Rahul is 4th from left:

⇒ There ar 3 people on the left of Rahul

Find the number of people in the queue:

Number people = 11 + Rahul + 3 = 15

Find the number of men to add to queue to make it 28:

Number of men = 28 - 15 = 13

Answer: 13 men need to be added.
