Answer:

PIL or public interest litigation is a legal paper which can be filed by a victim or anyone who has seen the crime being done.

According to the supreme court of India

anyone is free to file PIL if someone's basic, fundamental or other rights have been violated

even a letter in the name of supreme court which contains details of crime will be seen as PIL and the concerned authorities will have to take action.

Answer:

THE ROLE PLAYED BY PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATIONS

Explanation:

Basically the public interest litigation refers to a law which looks after all human rights, equality in the society. It provides the equal rights and the security of their rights to save them from the others where their rights have been taken from them. This law takes serious action on that bakery owner and encourages those children in their respective studies and brings out of that child labour. And help them in their own ways in the future
