Therefore , amount borrowed by Sanjay = Rs 2 x SI paid by Alkesh after 4 years = x × 12 × 4 100 SI paid by Sanjay after 4 years = 2 x × 12 × 4 100 According to the question , 2 x × 12 × 4 100 - 72000 = x × 12 × 4 100 ⇒ x × 12 × 4 100 = 72000 ⇒ x = 72000.
