Rahul is a 15 year old student of first year of a polytechnic. Teacher noticed that he has remained absent for more than two weeks from attending the college. When further investigated, it came to know that his father Mr. Suresh met with an accident at workplace two weeks ago and he was hospitalized. Rahul was attending him. Rahul’s father, Suresh is a skilled machinist, working in a manufacturing industry. He is well known for his skill in factory. But unfortunately he met with accident while working in third shift. The accident was severe and his one hand is likely to be amputed and permanent disability will occur. Rahul’s father is the only earning member of his family. Rahul has one younger sister. Rahul is in the mood of leaving polytechnic and wants to support family by doing some temporary job.
Company is helping the family financially for hospital charges and have assured to keep the employment of Mr. Suresh as it is. Company is required to settle the compensation against the accidental losses.
