Rahul is suffering from indigestion due to acidity. it is advisable to give her orange juice in this situation and why?

No, because it contains  citric acid and its PH level is around 3.5, it would be dangerous to do so, during indigestion many times, we have our food stuck in our intestines which contain nitrogen which is harmful for our health, so drinking a acid would never be advisable at this time

orange juice contain CITRIC ACID and ph of citric acid is 2.2
As you know that lower the value of Ph to left side acidic characteristics increases.
it is not advisable to give him orange juice in this condition.
Because their is already excessive amount of Acid present in his stomach by giving orange juce acid will increase in his stomach due to which stomachache will increase.
