Hey Mate!!

Let the number be x.

According to the question,

⇒ 5(x + 7) = 45

⇒ x + 7 = 45 ÷ 5

⇒ x + 7 = 9

⇒ x = 9 - 7

x = 2

Let the alphabet "m" be the number.

\tt \red {→5 (m + 7) = 45}

\tt \red {→m + 7 = 45 ÷ 5}

\tt \red {→m + 7 = 9}

\tt \red{→m = 9 - 7}

\tt \boxed {{m = 2}}
