Rahul of bareilly has purchased a frost free godrej refrigerator of 265 litres from lifestyle. civil lines , bareilly after month of purchase the freezing section of the refrigerator has stopped functioning write a letter to the sales manager of the firm complaining about it and requesting for the piece to be replaced since there is a two year warranty.

Sir:

I wish to state that last month on December 28, 2020 I purchased a frost free Godrej refrigerator of 265 litres from your store (Bill no. 340971). At the time of purchase I was told the product was of high quality. I was really very excited about the product.

However, when I used it I found it not up to the mark;  the freezing section of the refrigerator has stopped functioning. Its cooling is also not effective. On many occasions many food items have gone rancid on account of the auto off problem. I feel I have wasted my money by buying this refrigerator. Kindly replace this fridge or have all the faults fixed.
