Area of rahul's field = 400*200 = 80000m²
area of ramu's field = 300*300 = 90000m²
cost of fencing the fields = 150*(80000+90000) = ₹25500000

no. of trees rahul can plant = 80000/10 = 8000
no. of trees ramu can plant = 90000/10 = 9000
hence, ramu can plant 1000 more trees. (9000-8000=1000)
