Length of square park= 40m

Perimeter= 4s

               = 4*40 = 160 m

Length Rahul ran=160*3 = 480m

Ankit-

Length of rectangular park= 30m

Breadth of rectangular park= 20m

Perimeter= 2(l+b)

               = 2(30+20)

               =2(50)

               = 100m

Lenght Ankit ran= 100*2 = 200m

Sumit-

Radius of circular park= 14m

Circumference= pi*2*r

                       = 22/7*2*14

                       =88 m

Length Sumit ran=88*3=264m

Therefore, Rahul runs the farthest.
