b. 2 drps of iodine solution were added to both test tubes. what will be the observation recorded by the students

For Rahul,the grains won't turn to dark color.Because there's no starch present in rice grains.

But,for Rohan,the rice color changes to dark blue colour, because it is mixed with saliva,starch.
