Distance first=30km
Speed=40km/h
so,
time =  \frac{30}{40}  \\  =  > .75hrs
Now,
Distance second=30km
Speed=20km/h
So,
time =  \frac{30}{20}  \\  =  > 1.5hrs
Therefore,
average \: speed =  \frac{total \: distance}{total \: time \: taken}  \\  =  >  \frac{(30 + 30)}{(.75 + 1.5)}  \\  =  >  \frac{60}{2.25}
 =  > 26.67
Hence,the average speed=26.67km/h
