Air pressure is defined as the pressure exerted by the weight of air on the earth's surface. As we go up the layers of atmosphere, the pressure falls rapidly. The air pressure is highest at sea level and decreases with height.

First of all riding with a flat tyre means there's more surface area that tyre is connecting with which causes drag so you would need more power to get the bike moving and continue to move it. Also you wont get anywhere near as much speed either.

The temperature is maximum in afternoon and the heat of the sun warm the air inside the tube, thus rising its pressure to such an extent which caused the tyre to burst.

rahul   is inexperienced,. He lacks scientific knowledge on expansion of air
