Direction of lady is east to west.

So, the 2 velocities will form a right angled triangle.

Hence, if  is the angle between the velocity of the lady and the resultant velocity of the rain and lady, then-

tanФ = 1/1/732

or tanФ= 0.57

or Ф = 30°

Therefore, angle from vertical = 90-30 = 60°
