species in the world. What per cent of the world's identified plant
species are found in rain forests?​

Solution:

plants species in the world  = 250000

plants species in Rainforest = 90000

Percent of the world identify plants species found in rainforest

= ( plants species in Rainforest / plants species in the world ) x 100

= ( 90000/250000) x 100

= (9/25) x 100

= 9 x 4

= 36

36 % of the world identify plants species are found in rainforest
