The answer will be 18 degree vertical

According to the problem the sped of the rain is 30 m/s and the speed of the cycle is 10 m/s

Let u(r) is the speed of the rain = 30 m/s and

u(c) is the speed of the cycle = 10 m/s

Now to save herself she will open it  in the direction equal as the direction of the relative velocity,

U = u(r) + (-u(c))

  = 30 +(-10) = 20 m/s

Now according to the figure we can sat that

tanθ = u(c)/u(r) = 10/30 = 1/3

=>θ = tan^(-1)(1/3)

      = 18 degree(approx)
