Total CP = 200*28 = 5600 $

Total number of = 200*60 = 12000

after rotten left = 12000*85/100 = 10200

now , to gain 80% SP of all = 5600*180/100 = 10080 $

selling price of each = 10080/10200 = 0.98 $ (approx)
