This is due to latent heat of fusion

Explanation:

If you keep a soft drink with some ice cubes on the table. Then after sometime you will observe that ice cubes takes latent heat of fusion to cool its surrounding and change its state to liquid.

Answer:

The atmospheric water vapour content settled in the outer surface of tumbler because of condensation.

Explanation:  The temperature of the soft drink is lower than the room temperature. When the water vapour (which is in gaseous state), comes in contact with the outer side of tumbler, turns into liquid state as the temperature is lower or equal to 0 degrees celsius. This process is known as condensation.
