Active Voice refers to a sentence in which the subject is performing the action.

Passive Voice refers to a sentence in which the subject undergoes the action. In other words, it is writing the sentence in reverse order.

Example: She is writing an article. (Active)

An article is being written by her. (Passive)

NOTE: Sentences that convey habitual actions cannot be changed to passive mode.

Raj will direct the play. (Active)
