Let father's age be x.
Son's age = 1/5x
6 years later,
Father's age = x+6
Son's age = 1/5x+6
1/5x+6=1/3(x+6)
1/5x+6=1/3x+2
6-2=1/3x-1/5x
4=5x-3x/15
4×15=2x
60/2=x
x=30
Father's age=30
Son's age = 30/5
=6
