Given:

Mass(m)=40 kg,
Force(F)=40*10=400 N
No. of steps=20,
Height of steps=16 cm
⇒ Distance walked(S)=20*16 = 320 cm=32 m
Time taken to climb the stairs=20 sec

Since,Work done= F*S
                    ∴ W = 400*32
                           = 12800 J

Since,Power spent = W/t
                         ∴ P = 128000/20
                               = 640 W

Hence,the power generated is 640 W.

Given,

Mass=40 kg,

Force=40*10=400 N

No. of steps=20,

Height of steps=16 cm

= Distance travelled(D) =20*16 = 320 cm=32 m

Time taken to climb the stairs=20 sec

Since,Work done= F*D

      So Work done= 400*320  = 12800 J

Since,Power generated = Workdone/time

   So power = workdone/time = 640 W

Hence,the power generated is 640 W.
