The actual price of the smartphone is ₹41666.6

Given data :

• Discounted price of the given smartphone = ₹37500

Discount amount of the given smartphone's price = 10%

• Let,the actual price = ₹x (assume x = variable to calculate the actual price of the given smartphone)

• Now,we have to calculate the discounted price of the smartphone by subtracting the discount amount from the actual price of the smartphone.

So, discounted price = {x-(x×10/100)} = (x - x/10) = 9x/10

• Now,by comparing the two discounted prices, given in the question and calculated by us, respectively,we get the following equation :

9x/10 = 37500

9x = 375000

x = 41666.6

The actual price of the smartphone is ₹ 41666.6 (answer)
