Rajani orders three types of sweets for a party. She ordered 4 boxes of
A; 6 boxes of
B and 8 boxes of
C for the party.
If every guest got 4 sweets, how many guests were present at the party?

Answer:

A) Total number of sweets=8×4=32

B) Total number of sweets=6×6= 36

C) Total number of sweets= 4×8=32

Total Number of Sweets as a whole=32+32+36

= 100

Therefore, No of Guests=100÷4 =25 guests.

Type B contains 6 sweets

she ordered 6 boxes

no. of sweets =6*6=36

Type C contains 4 sweets

she ordered 8 boxes

no. of sweets =4*8=32

Total no. of sweets =32+36+32

100 sweets

Each guest gets 4 sweets

Therefore, no. of guests = 100/4 =25 guests
