COST PRICE OF RAJAT'S CYCLE=₹12,250

TRANSPORTATION CHARGE=₹250

TOTAL COST PRICE OF CYCLE=₹(12500+250)

=₹12,500

SELLING PRICE OF CYCLE=₹13,500

WE KNOW THAT,

PROFIT=SELLING PRICE-COST PRICE

PROFIT=₹(13,500-12,500)

=₹1000

NOW,WE KNOW THAT,

PROFIT%=PROFIT/COST PRICE×100

PROFIT %=1000/12,500×100

PROFIT %=8%
