Step-by-step explanation:

1 cake requires 5 1/4 cups flours = 21/4 cups flours

3 cakes requires = ( 21/4) × 3 = 63 /4

But he has 20 1/2 cups of flours = 41 /2 cups

( 41 × 2)/ 2×2 = 81/4 cups of flours

flours will left = (81/4 )- (63/4)= 17/4

flours requires for pizza base = 3 3/4 cups

= 15/4cups

Yes, he will have enough flours left for pizza base.

hope this will helpful.
