Rajeev scored 30 percent and failed by 60 points. But Kamal who got 44 percent marks,his scores were 24 more than pass points. find the whole score and percentage of pass marks.

Answer:

100x be the total mark

30x+60=44x-24

14x=84

x=6

total mark is 600

pass mark (30*6+60)=240

240/600*100=40%
