Hello, my name is Rajendra Patel and I am a regular customer of Flipkart. I heartily appreciate your services and wish to remain a customer for a long time. I would like to share an issue with your side.
This is with reference to order number IKH785644329, placed on 27 November 2020 and delivered on 2 December 2020. The order was for a pair of shoes, that I found to be improper.
The sole of the shoe is ragged and there is a small hole in the front of one shoe. The pair is the same as the one that I ordered, the only issue is with the quality. This is my first encounter with a bad product with Flipkart, though I would like to have another pair in place of this one.
I would like to get a replacement for this pair of shoes. Kindly look into my request, and do the needful at the earliest.
