To find:  the total time taken to do the same job when they both work together​

Solution:

rajesh can complete a job in 18days

=> rajesh's  1 day work  = 1/18

rohit is 50% more skilled than rajesh

=> Rohit's 1 day work = 1/18 + (50/100)(1/18)

= (1/18)(3/2)

= 1/12

Both together 1 day work = 1/18  + 1/12

= ( 2 + 3)/36

= 5/36

the total time taken to do the same job when they both work together​  

= 1/(5 /36)

= 36/5

= 7.2 Days
