CP of house=Rs.45200
Repair cost=Rs.2800
Total CP=Rs.(45200+2800)=Rs.48000
SP of house=Rs.46800
CP>SP, it is a loss
Loss=SP-CP=Rs(48000-46800)=Rs.1200
Loss%=(Loss/CP*100)%
(1200/48000*100)%=2.5%

C.P. of the house = 45200
Repairs = 2800
Total C.P. = 48000
S.P.= 46800
Loss = C.P. - S.P
= 1200
Loss % = (Loss / C.P. × 100 )
= ( 1200 / 48000 ×100)
= 2.5 %
Therefore ,
Loss = 1200
Loss % = 2.5 %
