Cost Price of the house = Rupees 45200

Money spent on repairs = Rupees 2800

So, total amount of money spent = Rupees 45200 + Rupees 2800

                                                       = Rupees 48000

Selling price of the house = Rupees 46800

As CP greater than SP, there is a loss.

So loss = Rupees 48000 - Rupees 46800

            = Rupees 1200

Hence loss percentage = 1200 × 100 / 48000

                                        = 120 / 48

                                       = 2 24 / 48 % or 2.5 %

∴Loss = Rupees 1200 and Loss percentage =  2.5 %

Hope this helped
