we have
CP for prem=SP for rahim=14490
let CP for Rahim be x
SP for rahim=CP+5%of CP
14490=x+x/20
14490=21x/20
x=14490/21 × 20
then, use this value of x for next case
sp of rajesh = cp for rahim=x
let cp of rajesh be y
so,
x=y-8%×y
x=y-2y/25
x=23y/25
y=25x/23
SP for rahim=14490
cp for rahim =x =____
sp for rajesh=x=____
cp for rajesh=y=____
sorry for not giving the exact values
because I guess the process is unknown not the calculation
hope this is helpful

Given :
→ Raj sold his scooter to rahim at 8% loss and Rahim in turn sold the same scooter to prem at 5% gain. If prem paid ₹14490 for the scooter.
Find :
(a) The S.P and C.P of the scooter for Rahim.
(b) The S.P and C.P of the scooter for Raj.
Using formula :
★ C.P = 100/(100 + Profit℅) S.P
Calculation :
= 100/(100 + 5) 14490
= 13800
Hence, 13800 would be the cost price of Rahim.
= 100/(100 - 8) 13800
= 15000
→ hence, 15000 would be the cost price of Raj.
Therefore ,
→ CP, SP of Rahim: 13800, 14900.
→ CP, SP of Raj: 15000, 13800.
