420 square tiles Raju has as left over.

As we need the area of the largest area of the square formed, we know that area of a square is always a perfect square.

So, the maximum area is equal to 2020×1cm² = 2020cm²

Thus, the area of the square tile would be a perfect square just less than 2020.

The perfect square just less than 2020 is 1600.

So, area remaining = (2020-1600)cm² = 420cm²

= 420 square tiles of 1cm² area.

= 420 square tiles are the left over.
