Raju's father's age is 5 years more than 3 times Raju age .find Raju'S age, if his father is 44 years old?

Let age of Raju be x.

Then According to Question,

3 x + 5 = 44

      3 x = 44 - 5 

         x = 39 / 3

         x = 13 yrs
