raju said distance between two vertices is a rational number but parvan said it's is an irrational number who is correct why?

Raju is wrong  & Pravan is correct as √2 is irrartional number  the distance between (3,2) and (2,3)

Distance = √ (3 - 2)²  + ( 2- 3)²

= √ 1² + (-1)²

= √ 1 + 1

= √2

√2 is irrartional number
