Answer:

Rs 1000

Step-by-step explanation:

Raju sold a bicycle to amit at 8% profit amit required it spending rupees 54.Then be sold the bicycle to nikhil rupees 1134 for with on loss no profit .Find cost price of the bicycle for which raju purchased it.

Let say Raju Purchased bicycle for  = Rs C

8 % profit = (8/100)C = Rs 0.08C

Raju Sold to Amit for = C + 0.08C = Rs 1.08C

Amit spent Rs 54 on cycle so Cost price of cycle for Amit = Rs 1.08C + 54

Amit sold it for RS 1134 to Nikhil with no profit , no loss

so Cost Price & selling price for Amit are equal

1.08C + 54 = 1134

=> 1.08C = 1080

=> C = 1080/1.08

=> C = Rs 1000

cost price of the bicycle for which raju purchased it = Rs 1000
