Answer:

Buy from the second shopkeeper

Step-by-step explanation:

Price Shopkeeper 1 offers - ₹40/5kg

Price shopkeeper 2 offers - ₹42/6kg

Cost of 1 kg tomatoes according to the 1st Shopkeeper

Price of 5 kg = 40

Price of 1 kg = 40/5

=8rs./kg

Cost of 1 kg tomatoes according to the 2nd Shopkeeper

Price of 6 kg = 42

Price of 1 kg = 42/6

= 7rs./kg

Which one should Raju buy ?

₹8/kg > ₹7/kg

1st > 2nd

WHY?

The second Shopkeeper us giving him tomatoes for a fairer as well as cheaper price , so Raju must go with the second shopkeeper to buy tomatoes so that he could save his money.
