a while they both interacted with each other Prachi invited Rajvi to visit his office. Rajvi observe
that Prachi’s office has a fixed place for everything and everyone and it is present there for
smooth functioning of their activities. Prachi always encourage team sprit among the workers to
develop mutual trust and belongingness, this in turn leads to minimized employee turnover in the
organisation. Prachi always welcomes the suggestions and ideas of the employees before framing
the plan, and she makes sure that each individual is given equal opportunity without any
discrimination. Rajvi was impressed by how Prachi was considerate about her employees and to
maintain a standard of living she follows a fair wage system. After all these observation Rajvi
decided to implement these practices in her NGO as well.
