Rakesh bought a rectangular plot of dimensions 20 ft by 40 ft. Ramesh bought a triangular plot, adjacent to Rakesh's plot at the same cost. whose plot is bigger and by how many sq. ft ​

Area of Rakesh plot = l×b = 20×40 = 800 sq ft

Area of Ramesh plot = 1/2 ×b × h = 10×70 = 700 sq ft

So Rakesh plot is bigger by 100 sq ft
