Rakesh bought a second hand car for ₹50000 and spent ₹2000 on its transportation ,and ₹8000 on servicing . He sold it for ₹72000. Find his profit or loss.

His profit was 12,000 as 50000+2000+8000=60000
While he sold it for 72000

So definitely he will have profit

total money spent on car - 50000+2000+8000=60000

money after selling - 72000

profit or loss formula = selling cost- buying cost

= 72000 - 60000
= 12000
it means there is a profit of 12000rs.
