Rakesh sells less mangoes.

Because if we divide a mango to 5 parts and take 2 parts from it, it will be smaller than the 2 parts of a 3 parted mango.

Mathematical explanation:-

   First we take the L.C.M  of the denominators 5 and 3 which comes to 15.

So, Rakesh, \frac{2}{5} × \frac{3}{3} = \frac{6}{15}

     Ram, \frac{2}{3} x \frac{5}{5} = \frac{10}{15}

here we got \frac{6}{15}<\frac{10}{15}

so, Rakesh sells less mangoes.
