Rakesh sells less mangoes.

Because if we divide a mango to 5 parts and take 2 parts from it, it will be smaller than the 2 parts of a 3 parted mango.

Mathematical explanation:-

   First we take the L.C.M  of the denominators 5 and 3 which comes to 15.

So, Rakesh, $\frac{2}{5}$ × $\frac{3}{3}$ = $\frac{6}{15}$

     Ram, $\frac{2}{3}$ x $\frac{5}{5}$ = $\frac{10}{15}$

here we got $\frac{6}{15}$<$\frac{10}{15}$

so, Rakesh sells less mangoes.
