yeh physical activities and lifelong wellnesa are interconnected to each other..what ever we do with the help of our muscles, it is cordially good and if our heart is healthy thn we too will be healthy and live for a long time and physical activities such as running , jogging, etc.. improves our physical health ,meditation and yoga helps us to keep our soul to live long..
