Using Direct Proportion ;

Distance travelled by Krishna in 1 minute = 700/10 = 70m

Distance of Ram < Distance if Krishna

50m < 70m

so Krishna is faster than Ram .Because Krishna travels more distance in one minute as compared to ram .
