The new weight will be compared by Euclid's Axiom,
If Equals are added to Equals then the Wholes are also equal.
To support the statement

Let Ram's weight be 'x kg' and Ravi's weight be 'y kg'
Where x = y. ....1
Now on adding 5kg on both sides gives,
5+x and 5+y
Where 5+x=5+y
And so from 1
x = y
We get 5+x = 5+x (Or) 5+y = 5+y
Hence their weights are equal under the above axiom.
