ram and shaan have acquired a new habit of reading books, instead of watching T.V. for hours together.both of them read 65 books together in a year. if ram read 5 more books than twice shaan has read: (a) find the number of books read by them individually. who read more books and by how much? (b) what values can be acquired from this habit ?

x+2x+5= 65

3x+5=65

3x= 65-5

3x=60

x=20

sham read 20 books and ram read 45 books difference = 25 books

we should read books instead of wasting our time in tv
