→ Speed of Ram = 60 km/h
→ Speed of Govind = 120 km/h
since they are traveling in opposite directions from city A and city B at 6 AM .
so,
→ Usual speed = S1 + S2 = 60 + 120 = 180 km/h
→ Distance covered = 1080 km
then,
→ Time taken to me et = Distance / Speed = 1080/180 = 6 hours .
now, since Ram and Sham are at same city A .
→ Distance covered by Ram before meeting point = Speed * Time = 60 * 6 = 360 km .
now, given that,
→ Speed of Sham = 90 km/h
→ Distance = 360 km
→ Time taken = 360/90 = 4 hours .
therefore,
→ Sham leaves after = 6 - 4 = 2 hours .
hence,
→ Sham leaves at = 6AM + 2 hours = 8 AM (Ans.)
∴ Sham leaves at 8 AM from city A .
