Solution:

Let say any random number assumed is N

Double of Number  =  2N

6 is added   Hence 2N + 6

Number of Halved = (2N + 6)/2  = N + 3

N is subtracted  hence N + 3 - N = 3

So Result is 3 , Independent of the value of  N
