Answer:

The point from where you measured from

Explanation:

When Ram and Suresh must've measured Anmol's height 150 cm and 151 cm respectively, 1 must've measured from 0 cm while 1 from 1 cm.

Hope you find this helpful.

Due to oversight or mistake in taking reading

Given: Ram and Suresh measured Anmol's height with a 1 metre-long ruler. Ram measured it as 150 cm, whereas Suresh measured it as 151 cm.

Reason:

  • Measurements are an essential part of our living; In our daily life we measure so many things like time, temperature, the size of clothes, height of people etc.
  • Sometimes we fail to calculate  the correct measurement, and the values because of oversight and mistake in reading in readings etc.
  • While taking measurement our eye sight must be straight towards the scale reading and we must read exact reading
  • And the scale reading must start from 0 but not from 1 cm if we make mistake in this it will give error or false measurements.
