=> Total SP = CP + GST

=> SP = 29870 + 3% OF 29870

=> GST price = 3 / 100 * 29870

=> GST price = 0.03 * 29870

=> GST price = Rs. 896.1

=> Total SP = Rs. 29870 + Rs 896.1

=> Total SP = Rs. 30766.1

So the rate would be Rs. 30,766.10
