Ram has deposited rs 1.lakh in post office & bank as fixed deposite ( 1 lakh *6 % = 600, muiltyplyed by years 600*4=2400) & in bank (1 lakh * 7.5 % = 750, muiltyplyed by years 750 * 5= 3750)

Hence difference in interest as 3750-2400=1350.

So, sum deposited in each case is rs 1 lakh.
